How long does a renovation take from start to finish?
Most bathroom and laundry renovations are completed within 2 to 4 weeks once the build starts. Kitchens can vary depending on size and complexity. We plan everything upfront so there are no unnecessary delays once our team is on site.
Do I need to be home during the renovation?
Not for the entire time. We'll walk you through everything before we start, agree on access arrangements, and keep you updated throughout the build. Most of our clients are at work during the day and we handle the rest.

Do I need to supply my own products or materials?

For bathrooms and laundries, you'll typically be without the space for the duration of the build. We work as efficiently as possible to minimise disruption. For kitchens, we'll discuss access arrangements with you before we start so you're never caught off guard.
Are your tradespeople licensed and insured?
Yes. Every person who works on your renovation is fully licensed and insured. We don't cut corners on who we put in your home.

What if I want to make changes after the quote?

We stand behind our workmanship. Every renovation is completed to a high standard and we do a final walkthrough with you before we consider the job finished. If something isn't right, we fix it.
Do you handle the waterproofing and compliance requirements?
Yes. Waterproofing and all required compliance work is included as part of our full renovation service. You don't need to arrange anything separately.
